No. We are an online-only business. All products can be browsed and purchased through our website.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Do your products come gift-ready?

Yes. Gift sets arrive in an attractive, ready-to-present box. Individual products are packaged securely but are not gift-wrapped.

Can I send my order as a gift directly to someone else?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. We do not include pricing in gift orders.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk purchasing is available for select products. Contact us for details and pricing.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or other resolution as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and common digital payment methods. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Delivery time depends on your location and USPS processing.

Do you offer custom products?

Not at this time. We don’t offer custom blends yet, but we do accept bulk orders for select products.
