Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Shipping
Processing & Handling
Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST. We ship using USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Flat-Rate Shipping
One flat fee applies to all orders shipped within the United States, regardless of size or location.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to physical U.S. addresses only. PO Boxes and international destinations are not eligible.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you with alternative options.
2. Delivery Times & Tracking
Delivery times vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking Updates: May take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
- Carrier Responsibility: Once an order is handed to USPS, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Lost or Missing Packages: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us for assistance. Any claims must wait until the carrier’s investigation is complete before a resolution is issued.
3. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once they are confirmed.
Order Concerns: If your order arrives with an issue, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and determine the best solution. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs: If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Shortages & Missing Items
Please review your order promptly upon delivery. If any items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the matter quickly. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
5. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- Any other relevant details
We will review your claim and respond with next steps. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for damaged orders.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please confirm your details carefully before finalizing your purchase, as all orders move quickly into processing and shipping.
